From Support to Success: Our Union in Action

Our union continues to foster a strong sense of community and shared purpose through a range of meaningful activities. Recent initiatives include a ‘Back to the Roots’ journey that reconnects employees with our values and traditions, the organization of conferences to enhance dialogue and collaboration, and induction ceremonies welcoming new members into our union family. 

In addition, we are actively exploring the application of AI to improve the effectiveness and innovation of grassroots union activities. Together, these efforts contribute to a more connected, forward-looking, and supportive workplace for all employees.
